Pricing questions
How are monthly and annual credits granted?
Monthly credits arrive after the first payment and each monthly renewal. Annual credits arrive in one grant after the first annual payment and each annual renewal.
What happens to unused credits?
Signup credits do not expire. Subscription credits expire at the end of the paid billing period. Credit top-ups for eligible subscribers are valid for 365 days.
Why do models use different amounts of credits?
Credit costs depend on the model, resolution, and output count. The same settings have the same credit cost across plans. Check the total shown before generating.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. After that, the account returns to the available free access.
Which plans include commercial use?
Free, monthly, and annual plans include commercial use, subject to the Terms and applicable rights in your images.
Can I change my plan or get additional credits?
Manage supported plan changes from billing. Additional credit purchases are available only to eligible subscribers in account billing, not on this public page.
